Creative Factory

Creative Factory is my internal production system for turning ComfyUI graphs into repeatable creative tools. Projects keep prompts, runs, outputs, feedback and review together. Workflows generate or transform images and video, while pipelines pass the result into the next step, pause for a decision, or ask an LLM to help. Clients get a separate review space. The Factory itself stays private.

Opening Signal

This started as a quicker way to use the ComfyUI workflows I kept rebuilding. It has grown into the place where I run creative projects: generating images and video, keeping the useful results, reviewing them and deciding what should happen next.

BODY

Projects keep the work intentional. Each one has its own gallery, runs, queue, settings and review history. Quick Runs catches the experiments that do not need a project yet. Status shows what the shared worker and GPU are doing across everything.

A workflow is one tested ComfyUI tool: generate, edit, compose, upscale, remove a background or turn an image into video. Pipelines connect those tools into a reusable process. An output can become the next input automatically, with human approval, extra instructions or an AI task in between when the process needs it.

Clients do not need access to the internal system. They get a separate Studio Review account with only the projects assigned to them. Work is grouped by run, with item feedback and run notes kept next to the thing being reviewed.

Some runs need an exact prompt. Terms and mini prompts keep useful styles, colours, materials and recurring instructions ready without hardcoding one giant prompt.

BODY

Other runs are better when a model helps write or interpret the prompt. Named AI profiles make the LLM choice explicit, including whether a model is allowed to see images, so vision inputs cannot be sent to a text-only model by mistake.

BODY

Creative Factory also exposes live API docs and an MCP server. Agents can inspect projects, workflows and previous runs, upload inputs, start a generation and help develop a pipeline without guessing the ComfyUI graph. Runtime approvals still happen in the Factory UI. The useful part is not one lucky image. It is a repeatable process with the human decision kept in the right place.
