EasySheets started when my girlfriend explained the weird maths hidden inside her timesheets. Her recruiter kept double-checking the numbers and sometimes reported errors that were not even there. I built EasySheets so an independent nurse can log a shift once and let the minute-level rate rules do the calculation. The same work then carries into a clear timesheet and invoice.

My girlfriend was explaining the weird calculations behind her timesheets. Her recruiter kept checking the totals and flagging mistakes, sometimes incorrectly. The numbers were scattered across shifts, breaks and rate changes. I wanted the rules to stay visible and the same data to drive the whole flow.

Early, Late and Night presets bring the usual start, end and break times in immediately. A custom shift covers anything unusual. Facilities remember their own defaults, contacts and invoice details, while the calendar keeps overnight work and no-shift days explicit.

Opening Signal
Rate tiers model evenings, nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays down to the minute. Belgian PC 330 presets can create the common rules for healthcare institutions or home nursing, and every generated tier stays editable. The calculation follows the clock instead of asking someone to reconstruct the month later.

The dashboard shows hours, open work and pending invoices. Monthly timesheets can be printed for approval, while unbilled shifts become a clear invoice with line items, VAT, due dates and a PDF. Draft, Sent and Paid stay visible, so a recruiter and a nurse are looking at the same trail.
