Little Planets non stop spinning
This was a technical exercise that ran out of hand. I was getting to know the bitmapdata class in Actionscript 3 when suddenly my generative code was turning a normal photo into a circular one. I then remembered an old Nokia site, built by Group 94, that featured little planets. I decided to go on a tangent and try to recreate the exact same animation. It took me quite a few attempts but I managed. I optimized the loading process, the memory management, the tween optimizations and ended up with a pretty complex pre-render engine.
