Man VS Pixel ident

It’s been well over a year since I actively did some 3D and video work but 2 weeks ago, I finally got back in the mood to start experimenting again. As I was about to get serious about freelancing, I thought about making my ‘freelance brand‘ a more serious thing. I put up a Facebook page and everything. I call Man VS Pixel my ‘freelance brand‘ as I don’t do work under noCreativity. noCreativity is a personal and experimental place. I’ll split my portfolio up into experiments which will be hosted here and actual client work which I’ll be showcasing on Man VS Pixel. Don’t mind the site by the way… “I’ll update it when there’s time“.

Back to my latest project: I made this little ident for Man VS Pixel both as an exercise in Cinema4D and compositing as well as first additional work in my portfolio in a long time. Feel free to give me some feedback. Since not a lot of people around me are doing 3D and motion graphics work, I don’t have a lot of walls to bounce ideas off. So any critique or suggestion for a next project is greatly appreciated.

PS: For those of you who care: My fulltime freelance career has already found another time-out since I signed for a new job already. I will however keep doing freelance work from time to time this time around ;-) .
